How can I book your service?
Simply fill in the contact form and one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible. You can always call us to book your cleaning.

What areas do you cover?
We cover the areas of Battersea, Chelsea, Sloane Square, Fulham, Parsons Green, Putney, Imperial wharf, Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Earlsfield, Southfields, All clapham areas, West Kensington, West Brompton, South Kensington, Queens Town Road, Hammersmith, Victoria, Vauxhall, Waterloo, Catford, Grove Park, Forest hill, Lewisham, Brockley, Hither Green, Bellingham, Sydenham, Penge East, etc

Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
Yes. All our cleaners are vetted in advance and ready to start cleaning. So you can rest assured that your house keys will be in safe hands. This will allow us to carry out the work necessary at you convenience.

Will I have the same cleaner every week?
Yes. We try to ensure that you get the same cleaner week in week out. This is to ensure the cleaner knows exactly what you expect upon each visit. Obviously there are occasions when the cleaner will be on holiday. Other than this and sickness, you will have the same cleaner every time.

Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
You will provide the cleaning materials. This is the most economical and hygenic method. We try to avoid using the same equipment from location to location. This eliminates the risk of transferring bacteria and house mites.

What is the minimum number of hours?
The minimum number of hours per visit is 3 hours. However we are flexible if our cleaners are working in the area. Please contact us for more info.

Can I specify the day of the week the cleaner visits?
Yes. We can provide a cleaner Monday to Friday for a regular service. However if you need cleaning on weekends we can always discuss if notice is given especially if is a tenancy cleaning or deep cleaning.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a holiday we still work however if you prefer to change your date we can always re-schedule for a suitable time for you. Next working day or previous day.

What if I have issues with my cleaning?

The manager will always communicate with her customers and provide the best possible result whether it be a thorough inspection and improved cleaning or changing your cleaner if we have to.

What if I have pets?  Will they have to be secured whilst cleaning takes place?
It is not a problem if you have pets. We love pets. In this case we would require you to secure the pet whilst cleaning takes place.

Who pays the cleaner?
For weekly, fortnightly or monthly the payment will be made directly to the cleaner.

Do you provide replacement if my cleaner ill or goes on a holiday?
Yes. We will send another one of our cleaners at the same agreed time and day.

Can you provide an invoice?

Yes we can, this is part of our services.
